QUALITY POLICY
This policy covers the scope of activities of “Prime Cotton” LLC, including the cultivation (growing) of raw cotton, its processing, sale and export, as well as the production, sale and export of yarn.
"Prime Cotton" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is committed to ensuring full compliance with existing legislation, international and local standards, as well as customer requirements and expectations in order to achieve high performance in the production, processing of cotton and cotton products, and related services.
The Company is determined to provide the necessary resources, leadership skills, management, and quality principles to ensure coordination of the Quality Policy among all interested parties and its annual review.
To ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, the Company implements a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (hereinafter referred to as "IMS") and regularly improves it.
By continuously developing the Quality Management System with the collaboration of all employees, the Company operates in the following directions:
- Regularly assesses the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, optimizes processes, and applies new approaches;
- Ensures compliance with the primary legislation in force in Azerbaijan Republic in the field of agriculture, the IMS, and other relevant requirements in its operations;
- Maintains and strengthens its leading position in the Azerbaijani market by continuously developing and expanding its production capacity in the field of cotton production and processing;
- Enhances employees’ knowledge and skills to develop a culture of quality and supports their active participation;
- Cooperates with suppliers who provide quality raw materials and services based on long-term and reliable partnership principles;
- Efficiently uses resources in line with the principle of sustainable development, contributes to environmental protection and social responsibility;
- Constantly considers factors that may influence the Company's goals and strategic direction;
- Collects customer feedback and evaluates customer satisfaction based on analysis, ensures timely corrective actions and eliminates nonconformities;
- Develops mutual relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, increasing overall efficiency;
- Ensures risk-based management and applies all control measures for safe operations in accordance with high quality standards.
The Company’s Quality Policy is implemented among employees within the organization and is made accessible to relevant stakeholders. This policy forms the basis for the establishment of objectives.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY
The goal of "Prime Cotton" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is to minimize waste and environmental pollution, and to improve the environment by expanding cultivated lands through reclamation of unproductive soils. This is achieved by complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ISO 14001:2015 International Standard, the Company’s internal policies and procedures, and other applicable requirements.
The Company is committed to the continuous improvement of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System in collaboration with all employees, and operates in the following areas:
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- Reduces the use of hazardous waste and ensures their disposal in designated landfills;
- Sorts waste and directs it for reuse and recycling;
- Minimizes air emissions by using modern agricultural equipment;
- Ensures responsible and rational use of resources such as water, electricity, paper, and other wood products to reduce energy consumption;
- Minimizes water loss through the application of pivot irrigation systems;
- Prevents soil erosion by avoiding contamination with fuel, lubricants, and chemicals;
- Participates in the global effort against climate change and global warming.
MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS
- Implements relevant measures to reduce waste, preserve natural resources, and promote recycling in order to minimize environmental impact;
- Reduces and, where possible, eliminates the causes of pollution to protect the environment;
- Defines actions to minimize environmental impact during emergencies.
COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION
- Ensures full compliance with legal requirements related to environmental protection;
- Organizes employee training in accordance with current environmental legislation.
TRAINING AND AWARENESS
- Organizes continuous training and awareness programs on environmental protection for all employees;
- Regularly holds HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) meetings to encourage active participation and consultation with employees.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Sets clear and measurable environmental objectives to ensure achievement and continuous improvement of environmental performance, monitors, evaluates, and reports on progress;
- Carries out periodic internal audits to assess employee understanding and implementation of this policy.
At “Prime Cotton” LLC, it is essential that all employees adhere to the principles outlined in this policy. This policy will be made available to all relevant stakeholders of the environmental management system.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
“Prime Cotton” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is committed to ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing workplace accidents by fully complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ISO 45001:2018 International Standard, internal company policies and procedures, and other applicable requirements. The Company aims to create a safe and healthy work environment that protects human health, ensures occupational safety, and prevents damage to company property in the course of cotton and cotton product production, processing, and related services.
Preventing harm to the health of employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers, and other interested parties due to accidents and injuries is recognized as one of the Company’s top priorities.
The Company continuously improves its Occupational Health and Safety Management System in collaboration with all employees and operates in the following key areas:
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Recognizes and accepts the protection of the health, safety, and well-being of its employees as a fundamental duty and responsibility;
- Develops HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management systems and safe work procedures for hazardous tasks;
- Maintains fire extinguishing systems and emergency response equipment in working condition at all times;
- Provides employees with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK MANAGEMENT
- Regularly implements preventive measures to eliminate dangerous situations and risky behaviors that may lead to workplace accidents or occupational diseases;
- Involves employees in identifying hazards related to their tasks, assesses risk levels, and takes necessary actions to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION
- Ensures full compliance with all legal requirements related to occupational health and safety (HSE);
- Organizes the use of PPE and employee training in accordance with legislation.
TRAINING AND AWARENESS
- Conducts ongoing training and awareness programs on occupational health and safety for all employees;
- Holds regular HSE meetings to encourage employee participation and consultation, fosters a culture of safe behavior, and facilitates collective discussions on workplace safety and health issues.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Sets clear and measurable goals to achieve high performance in occupational health and safety, regularly monitors progress, evaluates results, and reports accordingly;
- Carries out regular internal audits to verify employee awareness and implementation of this policy
